Head Chef – Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, hard working and reliable, fully qualified chef to run our kitchen.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience in rostering staff
  • Ordering and monitoring stock levels
  • Be experienced at setting menus and food prices
  • Be experienced in running a kitchen
  • Ideally have completed their Level 3 Food Safety Training

Hotel Deputy Manager – Food and Beverage Full Time

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing Food and Beverage operations to join our team as the Hotel Deputy Manager.

This will involve:

  • Deputising for the Hotel Manager
  • Controlling the Food and Beverage department, looking at menus alongside the Head Chef, implementing new standards and procedures as required.
  • Health and Safety within the hotel
  • General operational procedures

The successful candidate must:

  • Be proactive in driving operational standards
  • Have a hands on approach
  • Have the ability to work well with colleagues
  • Be experienced in recruiting and developing staff
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Be a great communicator
  • Have an excellent command of the English language
  • Possess common sense
  • Be a reliable, trustworthy and good problem solver
  • Have hotel duty management experience

General Assistants required – Full or part time / flexible hours

We are looking for General Assistants whose main duties will be serving food and drinks in the bar/restaurant and for wedding receptions/functions.

There will be a requirement to help out with some washing up and to assist with housekeeping duties.

The right candidates will be motivated, enthusiastic and caring individuals who enjoy giving excellent customer service to all of our guests.

We are a small and friendly team.  The hotel positively encourages training and development.

Full time Night Porter 

Required to work five days a week to include weekend work.  Hours from 11pm to 7am.
To oversee the security of the hotel at night and to set function room up, general cleaning and serving late bar drinks.
Experience is not essential as full training would be given. Live in accommodation available if required.

Full time general Assistant required to assist in both the housekeeping and kitchen departments.

No experience is required as full training will be given.   We offer further training and career development.

Ability to work as a happy team member.   Position includes weekend work.  Live in accommodation is available if required.

Casual Banqueting & Bar Staff 

Casual banqueting and bar staff required to assist with the set up and service of hotel weddings and events.   Mainly weekends as well as some evenings during the week.

No experience required as full training will be given.  Ability to work with a team and have a smile is essential.
